We believe, to belong, one has to be seen. To be significant, one has to contribute. Through collaborative practices, we create workplaces where people are seen, heard, and valued.

Harvesting Opportunities with People Everywhere

Diversity is not a numbers game.

Unfortunately, many organizations treat diversity as a mere numbers game, without fully understanding the significance of underrepresented groups and their history of marginalization. As a result, people with intersectional identities are frequently hired into organizations where they experience ongoing harm and violence. These harmful experiences can come from various sources, including interpersonal interactions and institutional policies, practices, processes, and procedures.

What we do

Harvesting Opportunities through Diverse Innovation

HOPE is a pioneering brand committed to fostering multicultural organizational development (MCOD), a transformative process that guides organizations from exclusivity to becoming inclusive, diverse, and equitable entities. Grounded in the principles of empathy, racial equity, creativity, sacredness, disruption, and viability, HOPE embodies a fresh approach to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), emphasizing systemic, policy, and process evaluations, coupled with educational initiatives and change management coaching.

Our overall goal is to create systems that support healing, address root causes of harm, and promote justice. We use an adaptable framework to respond to violence and harm without perpetuating further harm, with a focus on resilience, safety, and connection. By prioritizing healing, these organizations aim to restore humanity and move towards a more inclusive and equitable future.

Through our framework of dealing with the HEAD, HEART, and HANDS of organization leaders, we assess and develop systems to create practices, policies, procedures, and processes that create organizational cultures that are diverse, equitable, inclusive, and focus on justice.

Belonging in the workplace
Belonging in the workplace

A fresh approach to Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion

Seventy-nine percent of organizations say fostering a sense of belonging in the workforce is important or very important for their success over the next 12 to 18 months, but only 13 percent say they are very ready to address this trend (Deloitte Insights, 2020). Belonging at work is the result of the 3 C’s – Comfortable, Connected, and Contribute. People want to feel: Comfortable at work, including being treated fairly and respected by their colleagues. Connected to the people they work with and the teams they are part of. They are Contributing to meaningful work outcomes—understanding how their unique strengths are helping their teams and organizations achieve common goals. HOPE is here to help you do just that.
